Held for two days at the Royal Albert Hall in London, the Leadership Conference is a unique event that brings together Christian leaders from all over the world: from different traditions, generations, and cultures, united by a common vision of evangelizing the nations, revitalizing the church, and transforming society.
In addition to interviews and stage talks, in the afternoon we will offer interactive seminars and workshops that will explore a variety of relevant topics and address common challenges faced by leaders today.

NICKY & PIPPA GUMBEL
Nicky and Pippa are the pioneers of Alpha, an introduction to the Christian faith course run in churches across all denominations in 140 countries. Nicky has written several best-selling books including Why Jesus?, Questions of Life and The lifestyle of Jesus. After initially training as a lawyer, Nicky served as vicar of Holy Trinity Brompton, a large church in central London, for 17 years. Now, Nicky and Pippa work in support of Alpha globally. They are also authors of a daily Bible commentary titled The Bible with Nicky and Pippa Gumbel, which has more than two million subscribers worldwide.
PASTOR ANDRÉS SPYKER
Lead pastor of Másvida Church in Mexico City. Andrés has planted churches with a strong focus on practical Bible teaching in Mexico, the US, and Venezuela. He is also an author and is passionate about helping people in their relationship with God and developing leaders in all areas of life. He is married to Kelly and they have three children.
ABEL & JACINTHA CHEAH
Abel and Jacintha are pastors at Holy Trinity Bukit Bintang (HTBB). Jacintha leads the Operations and Church Planting initiatives, while Abel serves as Associate Vicar and Director of Leadership Development for Alpha Asia Pacific Centre. Abel previously worked as the Operations Director for Alpha Asia Pacific, National Coordinator for Alpha Malaysia, and Head of Regions for Teach for Malaysia. Jacintha, on the other hand, has worked in education as Head of Operations at St Paul’s Theological College Malaysia and with the Teach for Malaysia program. Abel and Jacintha have a son named Levi.
ARCHIE & SAM COATES
Archie, along with his wife Sam, is the vicar of Holy Trinity Brompton, a role he took on after leading St Peter’s Brighton for thirteen years. Sam is the founder of the Safehaven Women’s Service and received the “local hero” award given by the Dobbies garden chain and the Teenage Cancer Trust for her work helping the homeless and vulnerable in 2020. Archie studied Theology at Oxford University and was an associate vicar at HTB before establishing the plant in Brighton in 2009.
PRISCILLA SHIRER
Priscilla is a New York Times bestselling author with over two dozen books and has appeared in films such as War Room (2015), I Can Only Imagine (2018), Overcomer (2019) and The Forge (2024). Above all, she is a wife and mother. Priscilla and her husband, Jerry Shirer, lead Going Beyond Ministries, through which they provide spiritual support and resources to the body of Christ across all denominations and cultures. Her greatest joy has been raising their three children.
ARTHUR BROOKS
Harvard professor, Doctor of Social Sciences, #1 bestselling author, and columnist for the popular column The Atlantic, "How to Build a Life". Arthur teaches about leadership and happiness, with a particular focus on the Science of Happiness. He has written 13 books, including the New York Times number-one bestsellers, Build the Life You Want: The Art and Science of Getting Happier along with co-author Oprah Winfrey, and From Strength to Strength: Finding Success, Happiness, and Deep Purpose in the Second Half of Life.
Dr. Maanda Tshifularo
A renowned strategist, leadership coach, and author, Maanda is dedicated to fostering leadership excellence. Maanda serves as the Founding Director of the leadership consulting firm, SuperLead Advisory. He is also the Director of the Centre for Leadership and Dialogue at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, and serves on the board of Alpha South Africa. Maanda has been recognized as one of The Mail & Guardian's Top 200 Young South Africans in 2019 and one of Junior Chamber International's Top 10 Young Persons. He is also a devoted husband and father.
